Aging Clocks Applied to Human Trial Data Support AI-Designed Lung Drug Lowering Age

Six proteomics-based aging clocks (age assessments from large-scale analyses of proteins) agreed that patients treated with the AI-designed drug rentosertib appeared younger.

The AI-designed drug rentosertib was shown to lower biological age across six aging clocks in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
