<p><strong data-start="222" data-end="233">Dosage:</strong> Participants received one gastro-resistant capsule daily for 180 days, containing either 250 mg of <em data-start="339" data-end="363">Kluyveromyces fragilis</em> yeast extract, 350 mg of <em data-start="393" data-end="419">Saccharomyces cerevisiae</em> yeast extract, or a placebo.</p>
