Dosage: 6 mg/day of spermidine supplemented orally for 13 weeks

Oxford scientists find that spermidine, a naturally occurring molecule that declines with age, rejuvenates aging immune cells and improves vaccine protection in older adults.

Blocking NAD+ Breakdown Improves Cognitive and Physical Performance

Buck Institute scientists find that blocking the CD38 enzyme, which elevates NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), counteracts age-related cognitive and physical decline in mice.

Oxford Finds DNA "Rivers" Double Lifespan

Implanting DNA “rivers” into older mice significantly extends their lifespan and reduces age-promoting senescent cells in multiple vital organs.
