Duke University scientists have successfully induced new neuronal connections in the brains of mice, leading to improvements in social interaction and stress resilience.

Anthocyanin, a compound found in berries, reduces inflammation and heart disease markers in older adults at risk for dementia.

NR (nicotinamide riboside) raises blood NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) levels more than NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) in healthy adults.
