Seragon’s RESTORIN and the Evolution of Aging Interventions Containing NAD+ Precursors

Aging interventions that include NAD+ precursors have evolved, adding components targeting various hallmarks of aging, from inflammation to cell waste elimination.

Some aging intervention products with NAD+ precursors, like Seragon’s Restorin, have evolved to include additional components targeting multiple hallmarks of aging.

Removing an NAD+ transporter called SLC25A51 from insulin-secreting cells mitigates diabetes and reduces senescent cells — cells that contribute to the pathology of age-related diseases.
