Dosage: Methyl-β-cyclodextrin (Mß-CD) at 2.0 g/kg, subcutaneous injection, twice a week

The NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) precursor nicotinamide riboside chloride (NRC) counteracts neuronal damage caused by alcohol consumption in mice. 

Participants: Healthy males (age range: 70-76)
Dosage: 1 mg per day of rapamycin for 8 weeks

Supplementing with rapamycin leads to improvements in cardiac and vascular function in older men, suggesting this longevity-associated drug may counteract cardiovascular aging.
