Participants: healthy adults between the ages of 50 and 81
Dosage: 5 mg/week or 10 mg/week of rapamycin

One of the most potent anti-aging compounds rapamycin — an FDA-approved drug that inhibits mTOR — increases the lean body mass of older women while reducing their pain.
