Dosage: Approximately 5 mg/kg/day of S-1-propenyl-L-cysteine (S1PC) was administered orally for 8 months, from 15 to 23 months of age. S1PC was given in chow containing 0.0025% S1PC, with a second experiment using drinking water to confirm the findings.

In the largest study of its kind, Viennese scientists analyzed over 25, 000 human tissue slices with AI to determine the architectural changes that occur with aging and how to predict disease.

Model: Aged C57B/6 mice (between 18-25 months old) 
Dosage: 5 mg/kg/day of ABT-263 was fed to mice while 50 mg/kg/day of dichloroacetate and metformin were injected. For lifespan, they were administered for five consecutive days, followed by a two-day intermission, then an additional five consecutive days, followed by a 6-week intermission.

The combination of dichloroacetate, metformin, and ABT-263 eliminates cancer cells and age-promoting senescent cells while improving endurance and extending lifespan in mice.
