Participants: Adults over the age of 60
Dosage: 3,750 mg of niacin twice daily (after gradual dose increase), 150 mg of dihydroberberine twice daily, 50 mg of taxifolin (with 500 mg of vitamin C and 15 mg of zinc) twice daily, 50 mg of tocotrienols twice daily

A combination of supplements, including the NAD+ precursor nicotinic acid, improves cholesterol, allowing some participants to cease taking statins.

Dosage: 1,000 mg/day of urolithin A for 28 days
